Katsushikaku/The Summary of Katsushika Ward

Katsusikaku is one of 23 wards in Tokyo and it might be the most internationally famouse ward in Tokyo since a famous movie series and popular mangas take place in it, so many foreigners could have seen the name of 'Katsusika' or some landmarks in it once.
Katsushikaku is on the way to Ibaraki prefecture and it is on the boundary between Tokyo and Chiba prefecture, so many people have passed it for several hundred years.
Katsushikaku is on the northeastern part of Tokyo, it is on between Edogawa and Arakawa River. Its population is over 450,000 people and it is 34.80 square kilometers in area. Katsushikaku was started in October 1st of 1932.
Katsushikaku is one of bedroom towns of Tokyo and there are many small industries in it, especially, there are many toy and accessary factories there.
Daikyoji Temple also called Shibamata Taishakuten is a very famous landmark in Katsushikaku.
