The Blooming Cherry Blossoms in 2020 in Nakayama Shimousa
Spring in 2020 is coming. Some kind of cherry trees blooming in some noted
spots in
Ichikawashi and
Edogawaku. This page presents some information of the blooming cherry blossoms in
the landmarks. Both Ichikawa and Edogawa have many noted spots for viewing
sakura blossoms, there are some kinds of cherry trees in the spots. Kawazu Sakura and
Higan Sakura bloom earlier than Somei Yoshino. The information on this

The Landmarks with Cherry Blossoms in 2020
In March 20, Somei Yoshino Cherry Blossoms in Ichikawa City have been blooming
such in
Hokekyoji,
Guhoji,
Tekona Reishindo,
Colton Plaza and
Mamagawa River.
In March 19, Somei Yoshino Cherry Blossoms in Edogawaku start blooming,
such in
Myoshoji,
Ninoe Jinja,
Furukawa Water Park,
Ichinoe Sakaigawa Water Park and
Shinkawa.
March 17, Somei Yoshino Sakuras in
Nakayama Hokekyoji start blooming. Most of the trees has a few blossoms on their branches.
Though Somei Yoshino has little flowers, Kan Sakuras in the temple have
been blooming beautifully.
March 15, Someiyoshino Sakura Blossoms start blooming in
Sakuradote.
March 15, the blossoms on the weeping cherry tree in
Barakisan Myogyoji has been blooming beautifully.

Fushihime Sakura in Mamasan Guhoji has been blooming, the 30% of blossoms has been bloomed. Ugajin Sakura
in front of Tachi Daikokutendo in the temple has started bloomed.
March 13, a weeping cherry tree (shidare sakura) in
Yakushadera (Daiunji) in Mizue Edogawaku starts blooming.
March 13, a tall weeping cherry tree in Heisei Garden in Gyosen Park in
Kasai Edogawaku starts blooming.
March 12, Hikan Sakura (a red sakura) in
Shinozaki Park has been blooming. The blossoms are small shinning pink.
March 11, some small white blossoms on Kohigan Sakura Trees in Furukawa Water Park start blooming. Anyway, the blossoms of Shuzenji Higan Sakura are funny since they are changing their colors deeper and deeper. Moreover, some spring flowers on the banks paint the views of the park.
March 9th, an old huge weeping cherry tree in
Barakisan Myogyoji in Baraki starts blooming. This tree tells the beginning of Ohanami in
Ichikawa. Thousands of red blossoms on a big Japanese quince tree painted
the site.
March 6th, Yama Sakura on the bank near Minami Tsubakibashi Bridge across
Shinnakagawa River has fully bloomed. It is very impressive that the small white blossoms
spreading to the blue sky.
March 3, Shuzenji Kawazu Sakuras in
Furukawa Water Park have fully bloomed. They bloom about 10 days earlier than last year and the before and they were in March 14 or 15 in last year and before. People could enjoy seeing them for 2 or 3 days.
March 1, an early blooming cherry tree (upper left) planted along
Mamagawa River starts flowering. These blossoms bloom one or two weeks earlier than other cherry blossoms like somei yoshino. And bads on a weeping cherry tree in
Myogyoji in Baraki (lower left) became large, they will starts soon. Kawazu Sakura in Myogyoji (upper right) is beautiful. And buds of Somei Yoshino in Myogyoji (lower right) became little bit large.
February 25, three Shuzenji Kawazu Sakura trees in
Furukawa Water Park are blooming about 30% blossoms on them. People could enjoy seeing theem.
February 24, Kawazu Sakura trees on the bank of
Edogawa River near Ichikawa Station are blooming about 50 or 70% blossoms on them. They
could bloom fully in the first week of March.
Kawazu Sakuras in Chisenin in February 24th of 2020
February 24, Kawazu Sakura trees in Chisenin are fully blooming. Chisenin
is on the left of Akamon Gate of Nakayama Hokekyoji, so they welcome people
visiting Nakayama Hina Festival in this year. By the way, it bloomed fully
in March 18 last year, so the blossoms blooming in this year is very earlier
than that in last year. And a Kawazu Sakura tree in front of the gate are
blooming a half and they planted along the approach road of Hokekyoji start
blooming.
Kawazu Sakuras in Niihama Yacho no Rakuen in February 23rd of 2020
February 23, almost all Kawazu Sakura trees in Niihama Yacho no Rakuen
Park are fully blooming. 3 years ago, the sakuras in south part of the
park were fully blooming, but they in north were not.
Shuzenji Higan Sakura in Furukawa Water Park in February 21st of 2020
February 21, Shuzenji Higan Sakura trees in Furukawa Water Park start flowering.
Last year, they fully bloomed in March 15 (upper right), and they in 2018
was March 14 (lower left). And a Suzenji Higan Sakura tree in the east
end of Shinkawa River (lower right) fully bloomed in March 15th of 2019.
They are little bit earlier than last year.

February 21, Kawazu Sakura trees on the bank near Shinkawabashi Bridge
across Shinkawa River are fully blooming.
